We have on-site, hundreds of multi-colour embroidery heads. Dozens of chenille, chainstitch, braiding and cording machines. Along with merrowing, fringing and pintucking machines.

We can produce digital prints with photo quality, up to 48 inches across.

To cut material in any intricate pattern we have CAD cutters that use a blade, laser, sonic or hydraulic to give you a perfect cut every time. We have Embossing machines with laser registration that are capable of cavity fill, stamping and foil stamping. They are able to handle panels, patches and finished garments.

We have a wide variety of fusing and heat sealing machines.
Our Digitizing Department has three stations that are using Wilcom's latest technology to create world class embroidery.

Our Art Department is exceptionally creative. Using programs like Corel Draw and Adobe Photoshop to give you the best possible product for you money.
